Shopify's Knowledge Management team needs another KM specialist to help us meet our evolving KM objectives.
Easy access and contribution to internal knowledge is essential across Shopify. By having a strong culture of sharing what we know, we can build better context for us all to use. Shopify’s internal wiki is where we turn tribal knowledge into institutional memory. It allows us to create context from historical data so that we stay aligned, avoid duplication, and get things done.
We need KM experts to help people and teams create and organize context so that Shopify can be more effective at scale.
